Sales Representatives

We are currently seeking a Sales Representatives to sell commercial printing and large format color graphic printing services to a variety of retail, advertising, manufacturing, and other B2B market segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in a printing company or similar role

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • A driven and goal-focused individual

  • Self-starters with excellent self-management skills

  • Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling and closing skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient use of computers, software

  • Dynamic outgoing personality with the ability to network

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

  • Present our wide range of products, services, and capabilities to customers

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information, taking

    orders, and resolving issues promptly.

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction

  • Play a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives

  • Uphold high standards of service by adhering to both customer and company benchmarks

  • Commercial printing and large format printing sales consists of selling point-of-purchase displays (POP), point of sale (POS), exhibit and trade show graphics, large format posters, banners, wall murals, floor and fleet graphics, promotional signage, marketing and education materials, etc

Customer Service Representatives

Qualifications

  • Sales curious (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)

  • Minimum of 2 years of print experience

  • Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality

  • Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results

  • The ability to adapt to style of a particular customer

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, telephone and interpersonal/listenting skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of: Workflow industry standards, prepress/preflight and commercial and digital printing

  • Shipping and mailing operations

  • Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process all product and service inquiries and orders via phone, email, or sales rep

  • Accurately and timely entry into the MIS system that consists of adding new customers and vendors, creating estimates, new work orders, job scheduling, job updates, issue resolution tracking, invoicing, job closing

  • Track and enter costs associated with each job estimate to facilitate accurate department billing

  • Communicate effectively with the CEO, Director of Operations and Production staff by informing and providing updates regularly to guarantee that overall production and customer objectives are met

  • Receive all questions and concerns and provide updates and solutions to customers

  • Review artwork, send and obtain proof approvals

  • Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents including shipping and tracking logs

  • Coordinate and attend customer facing and production meetings to provide printing best practice that supports time and cost saving efficiencies
